Handyman & Maintenance Person (Part-Time)

We're looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to help manage three properties—two commercial and one residential—in the greater Greensboro area. This part-time position is a great fit for someone who is retired or semi-retired and looking for flexible work. The hourly rate is $20, with an expectation of working an average of 8-10 hours per week. The ongoing number of hours may be negotiable based on your skills and the varying needs of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Some Landscaping & Yard Work: Keeping the properties well-maintained and tidy.
• Pressure Washing: Maintaining a clean and professional appearance for the properties.
• Painting: Handling various interior and exterior painting projects.
• General Maintenance and Upkeep: Performing a variety of small repairs and projects both inside and outside the buildings.

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties in the Greensboro area (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Experience in the skills listed above.
• Experience with property management, specifically unit turns and upfits, is a plus.
• All candidates must pass a third-party background check.
