CSM Flooring, a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to serve on our sales team and assist with oversight responsibilities our Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities:
* Sales Execution: Actively engage in both inside and outside sales activities, building relationships with customers, providing product expertise, and closing deals. This includes serving and leading by example as part of our retail sales team, all of whom participate in an every-other-Saturday rotation (offset by time off during the respective week).
* Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by motivating, coaching, and mentoring the sales team Greensboro. Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
* On-Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This includes inventory management, scheduling, and store appearance.
* Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Marketing Participation: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Participate in marketing management team meetings and initiatives.
* Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
* Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in flooring sales.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Comfortable with both inside and outside sales.
* Experience with account management.
* Knowledge of flooring products and installation processes is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (preferred).
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
